It’s not just about boxing.

It all began with an idea. I wanted and needed an outlet. I started fighting over 10 years ago, and learned from some of the best coaches all over the world. I also got the chance to learn from some of the most innovative strength and conditioning coaches along the way to address my weaknesses and lingering injuries. Now I want to share with the world. I was not and am not an athlete. Just a persistent a person who wants to make a difference.

Boxing Coaching
My boxing instruction is built around your unique strengths and weaknesses. I take a technical, strategic approach—breaking down movement mechanics, weight transfer, leverage, and positioning to help you understand not just what to do, but why it works. I’ve coached everyone from high-level amateurs and pros to beginners training purely for fitness and personal growth. Every session is tailored to your goals, skill level, and learning style.

Strength & Conditioning
From sport-specific performance training to general fitness and bodybuilding, I build programs based on proven, science-backed methods. Whether you’re looking to improve speed, explosiveness, agility, strength, or endurance for your sport—or you want to build muscle and feel your best—I’ll help you train with intention and precision. I also offer corrective and restorative training to improve movement quality, support injury recovery, and refine lifting form to match your unique structure.

Let’s train together in my Train with Me Tier, a dynamic, app-based program where you get access to my exact current training routine—including weight training, cardio, and boxing.

This is perfect for anyone who wants structure without the need for fully personalized programming. As I update and adjust my own workouts, you’ll see those changes in real time through the app. Each session includes:

  • My actual daily workouts uploaded regularly

  • Video demonstrations and instructions

  • The ability to adjust exercises to match your fitness level or gym setup

You’ll get a clear roadmap to follow without overthinking it—just show up and put in the work, knowing you’re following a tried-and-tested plan grounded in performance and progression.

If you’re tired of walking into the gym without a plan, my Personal Online Coaching gives you structure, direction, and expert guidance—wherever you are.

I’ll build a custom training program from scratch, tailored specifically to your goals, experience level, and preferences. The focus is primarily on weight training, with the same science-backed methods I use in my in-person strength & conditioning coaching. Whether you're aiming to build muscle, improve athletic performance, or just train smarter and more efficiently, this program is designed to take the guesswork out of your workouts.
